THE CHALLENGE

The PowerPro Flex system combines multiple internal mechanisms that directly affect performance but are hidden within the product housing. Key functional behaviours, including airflow routing, dirt separation, and HEPA filtration, are difficult to convey through photography or live action alone.

The priority was not spectacle, but a clear, accurate explanation at launch, while working alongside evolving product details and lifestyle footage.

THE APPROACH

We used CGI as a precision tool to visualise internal airflow and filtration behaviour in a controlled, legible way. Working from live-action plates where required, we integrated particle simulations that show how dirt moves through the unit and is captured by the filtration system.

Visual complexity was introduced only where it added understanding. Motion, cutaways, and simulation were used selectively to focus attention on functional performance rather than visual effect.

THE OUTCOME

The final animations provided SharkNinja with a flexible, launch-ready asset set that could be used across marketing, sales, and digital channels. The visuals supported a confident explanation of performance features ahead of full product rollout, while remaining accurate, adaptable, and consistent with real-world behaviour.

The CGI acted as a reliable visual reference at a critical product moment.
