HPR50 E-Bike Motor CGI Animation
Partnering with TQ, Fakery produced a CGI animation to support the launch of the HPR50, a compact e-bike motor system designed for lightweight, low-noise performance.
A core requirement was clearly articulating the internal engineering of the harmonic pin ring drive system, which delivers high torque while remaining small, quiet, and efficient. These features sit entirely inside the product and are difficult to explain through traditional media.
CGI allowed the internal mechanics to be visualised accurately and sequentially, showing how force is transferred through the system and how individual components interact during operation. Controlled reveals and motion were used to simplify the explanation without reducing technical accuracy.
The final animation focused attention on functional behaviour and engineering intent, providing TQ with a clear visual explanation that could be used confidently across launch, partner communication, and technical storytelling.
