Re:Fibre – CGI Visualisation

CGI visualisation and animation created to support the launch of Puma’s Re:Fibre football shirts, focused on clearly explaining the four-stage textile recycling process behind the programme ahead of Euro 2024.

The work combined CGI process visualisation with photographed hero garments to communicate sustainability credentials in a clear, credible way.

THE APPROACH

We used CGI as an explanatory tool to visualise each stage of the Re:Fibre process in sequence, from material breakdown through to regenerated fibre and final garment production.

Working alongside Viewpoint Photography, we integrated photographed hero products into the CGI pipeline, allowing real garments to anchor the story while simulations illustrated the transformation process.

Cloth and particle simulations were used selectively to demonstrate material behaviour and flow, ensuring each stage was legible, grounded, and easy to follow without unnecessary visual complexity.

THE OUTCOME

The final assets provided Puma with a clear, reusable visual system for explaining the Re:Fibre process across launch communications.

The CGI supported sustainability storytelling with clarity and transparency, helping audiences understand how recycled materials are transformed into high-performance football shirts. The visuals were used across digital and campaign channels to support the Euro 2024 launch while maintaining consistency and trust in the message.
